Traveling with my little man!

This is my first ever blog post, so I hope it goes well :)  I wanted to create a space where I could share a little more about my life.  How we incorporate doTERRA essential oils into our daily lives, eating nourishing foods in a processed world and all of our fun family adventures!  I am a avid lover of holistic living and am trying to incorporate more green living into or everyday lives.  This first post is going to be about which essential oils we took on a recent trip to see my Dad in Flagstaff, Arizona.  David, my little guy, and I took the train since my hubby couldn't join us. So this is the stash of oils that I decided to bring.
I always have the little key chain pouch on me at all times. It has my favorite oils so that I can always have them on me.  I was so happy to have Breath in it. the train got a little stuffy and my little an stated to feel a little uneasy so i just whipped it out and put some on the bottoms of his feet. He was instantly cooler and more relaxed.  I was really worried about us getting sick on the train so I made these wonderful cleansing wipes with OnGaurd http://doterrablog.com/diy-homemade-disinfecting-wipes/ and my On Guard hand sanitizer spray. I also took the OG beadlets like they were tick tacks!  I am happy to say that David and I didn't get sick at all :)  I wish I could ave cleaned everything he touched but I was only able to clean our area.  My little eleven month old was on the move and getting into everything the whole time.  I brought more oils than I used but I was so grateful to have them.  I diffused On Guard in the hotel, used his sleep blends and tummy aid.  Plus I was able to give my Dad some Deep Blue, which is for pain, for his hip.   We had a beautiful time visiting my Dad. We stayed in a hotel which offered plenty of thing for my curious little one to explore.  I packed lots of healthy snacks for us for the train ride and once we got there we went to whole foods to have lunch and get food for the rest of our stay.  Its not always the most convenient way to travel but its important to me to keep our nutrition as a top priority. I will make a post on how we travel and eat nutritiously later.  If you have any questions about doTERRA essential oils I would love to help!
